Why Hizbul Mujahideen is rattled after murder of Army officer Ummer Fayaz

This refusal of Hizbul stems from realizing the reality of the basis that people did not like the murder of their own by terrorists claiming to fight for the rights of the inhabitants of Kashmir as well as their Pakistani masters.
Ummer Fayaz had returned home to attend a family wedding. He was kidnapped when he was sitting with the bride. The family has not approached the police or the military think that the terrorists do not hurt the Kashmiri.
But when Fayaz Ummer’s body, shot by a bullet, was found the next morning, the excitement ran through the premises. The fog of propaganda had become clear. His reaction has been cut, but the message was sent to Hizbuls leaders sitting on the Control Line.
Salahuddin quickly criticized the Indian army, which has promised to make the killers to justice. The assassination of M. Fayaz is not the first murder of a military or paramilitary commanded by terrorists in Kashmir. But previous killings took place in the 1990s, which is called the worst period of militancy in Kashmir.
Lieutenant Colonel GS Bali was kidnapped with his cousin Badgam in 1991 and died. They had gone to attend a funeral. Three years later, a BWA jawan was abducted in the Doda district and his bullet-riddled body was found in the Anantnag district a few days later. He was tortured before being killed.
But the murder of Ummer Fayaz seems to be a turning point in the valley. Hizbul Mujahideen seems to have realized this. Therefore, issued a statement decoupling the murder.
